SET UP
Bridget Cooper, an assistant trainer at a small western barn, has fallen hard for horse handler and cowboy, Caden Price. Their days together are idyllic, their nights filled with torrid passion. She believes they have something special, and is stunned when she discovers him in the arms of another woman. Strong-willed and defiant, she rebuffs his attempts to contact her, and hoping time and distance will mend her broken heart, she accepts an offer from an exclusive dude ranch several hours away.
Shortly after she arrives, she is alarmed and distressed to discover that Caden is the trainer who supplies the horses. Bridget is in for a second surprise. She is unaware that Caden has a dominant, salacious side, and is a strict disciplinarian. Finding her alone and still unwilling to hear what he has to say, he pulls her over his knee.
“You never let me explain what you saw. You just jumped to conclusions, and I’m gonna spank you until you agree to sit quietly and listen.”
This continues on from the excerpt I posted in, WIP!
SNIPPET
Raising his hand he let it fly in a flurry of slaps, delivering three at a time to each cheek, continuing until her entreaties and apologies started to sound sincere.
“Stand up and drop your jeans,” he commanded moving his leg off hers.
“What? Are you serious?”
“Do I sound like I’m in a jokin’ mood?” he said sternly, landing another hard smack. “If you don’t do as I say I’ll fetch me a switch.“
“Okay,” she said quickly, crawling off his lap, “but my ass is on fire already, and I said I was sorry.”
“You’re not sorry enough, not by a long shot,” he retorted as he watched her unzip her pants and lower them to her knees. “Come on, back over my lap.”
Leaning forward she wriggled into position, and ignoring her objections as he slipped her pink panties down to her thighs, he stared at her red backside and let out a sigh of satisfaction.
